About Us
Our recovery practice was built on a simple belief: people deserve to feel good in their bodies again. The company exists to support individuals in returning to their sport, training, and daily lives without pain — and with renewed confidence. Recovery here is not rushed or transactional; it’s intentional, collaborative, and rooted in long-term performance and well-being.
Meet the Founder
Jalyn Smith is the founder and a Licensed, Board Certified Athletic Trainer dedicated to helping active individuals move better, recover efficiently, and perform with confidence. She has experience working with athletes and active individuals across a wide range of ages, sports, and performance levels—from high school through the professional level. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Miami, building a strong foundation in movement science, injury management, and evidence-based care.
This diverse background has shaped her ability to create individualized recovery and performance plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Jalyn values honesty, autonomy, and time, and believes recovery should be educational and empowering—not something done to a client, but with them.
Rather than promising to “fix” people, her philosophy centers on supporting the body’s natural ability to recover, adapt, and perform. Through personalized hands-on care and movement-based treatment, she helps clients reduce pain, improve movement quality, and build sustainable habits that support long-term, health, resilience, and performance.
