Our Prices and Billing Policies
Individualized Care, Not Insurance-Based
The practice does not accept insurance. Services are offered on a private-pay basis to allow for fully individualized care, flexible session length, and treatment plans that are not limited by insurance restrictions or predefined visit structures.
Evaluation and Treatment
Scheduling an initial evaluation is the best way to determine if our services will benefit you. At this appointment, we provide a treatment plan, expected outcomes, and guidance on treatment frequency.
Travel & Additional Fees
Travel upcharge: $25 for certain locations outside our standard radius.
Parking fees: Clients are responsible for any paid parking associated with at-home sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! We ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a fee.
